About Us

Mission to Ukraine is an indigenously run ministry that serves the Zhitomir region of Ukraine. It ministers to the most marginalized of Ukraine – the unborn and the disabled.

Abortion is prominent and used as the primary means of birth control. With the average woman in Ukraine having multiple abortions in her lifetime, women who chose to keep their babies  do so under incredible pressure from their peers and family members. Our crisis pregnancy center serves women facing unplanned pregnancies by offering a safe haven, counseling and tangible support.

Children with special needs and their families live in a culture that is just beginning to emerge from the Soviet legacy of denying their existence. With limited access to state schooling, poor medical care, and inaccessible transportation, the child with special needs is neglected and isolated by society. Mission to Ukraine offers much needed educational and medical therapies, practical assistance, and community.
